2. What you buy
A one-time purchase gives you a lifetime, personal license for MoloCommander for Mac, a download of the current version and free updates within the 1.x line. The license does not expire. You may use MoloCommander on the Macs you own or use. You may not resell, share or publish the app or your license key. Multi-user and company licenses: .
3. Price, payment and invoice
The price is USD 19, shown in US dollars. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. You receive a payment receipt and an invoice for “MoloCommander licence” by email. Any taxes are shown at checkout.
4. Delivery
MoloCommander is delivered digitally. Right after payment you receive a download link and your license key on screen and by email. The download link is personal and valid for a limited time and number of downloads; the license key stays valid. Requirements: a Mac with Apple Silicon and macOS 14 or later — please check them before buying.
5. 14-day money-back guarantee
If MoloCommander is not right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase: email from the address you used to buy. No questions asked. The refund goes back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days. After a refund your license is deactivated.
Because the app is delivered digitally and immediately, you agree at purchase that delivery starts right away; this voluntary guarantee applies in addition to any rights you have by law.
6. Complaints and defect claims (reklamácie)
If MoloCommander does not work as described, please tell us. Send an email to with:
- the email address used for the purchase,
- your MoloCommander and macOS version,
- what you expected and what happened (steps, a screenshot or the error message).
We confirm your complaint without undue delay and resolve it within 30 days at the latest — usually by a fix, an update or instructions. If we cannot fix a confirmed defect, you get a full refund, also after the 14 days. Never send passwords or license keys in screenshots of other apps.
7. Your legal rights
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law in your country, including statutory warranty rights in the EU.

9. Warranty and liability
To the extent permitted by law, MoloCommander is provided “as is”. Always keep backups of important data and check before deleting or overwriting files. Our total liability is limited to the price you paid. This does not apply to damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, or where the law does not allow a limitation.
10. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, unless mandatory law in your country says otherwise. We may update these terms; the version in force on the day of your purchase applies to that purchase.
