2. What we collect
When you buy MoloCommander, Stripe collects your name, email address, billing address and payment details. We receive from Stripe your name, email, billing address, country and the purchase reference, and use them to deliver your download link and license key and to issue your invoice. The website keeps standard server logs (IP address, time, requested page) for security. We do not run advertising, tracking pixels or analytics.
If you chat with us on WhatsApp, your messages and phone number are processed by WhatsApp (Meta) and by our AI assistant, which answers from our product documentation. Please never send passwords or payment details in the chat.
3. Cookies and local storage
This website sets a single essential cookie, mc_lang, which remembers your language so the download and thank-you pages appear in it. In your browser’s local storage we keep your light/night choice — it never leaves your device. We use no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, so no consent and no cookie banner are needed. When you click Buy you go to Stripe’s checkout, which uses its own cookies under Stripe’s privacy policy.
4. Payments and invoices
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. and its affiliates; we never see or store your card number (see stripe.com/privacy). Invoices are issued by Bodor, LLC through our invoicing system based on the purchase data from Stripe and kept as required by tax law.
5. The MoloCommander app
MoloCommander has no analytics and does not collect usage data. Your files, folder names and settings stay on your Mac. The license key is checked offline inside the app. The app connects to the internet only when you open a link (for example this website).
6. Why we use your data
To fulfil your purchase and deliver the product (contract), to issue invoices and meet tax and accounting obligations (legal obligation), to provide support, and to keep the service secure (legitimate interest).
7. Sharing and retention
We share data only with providers needed to run the shop: Stripe (payments), our invoicing, email and hosting providers, and WhatsApp for chat. We do not sell your data. Purchase records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires and to support your license; then they are deleted or anonymised.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example the EU/EEA, UK or California), you may ask us to access, correct, delete or export your data, or object to its use. Write to ; we reply within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
